The Rattle is an ancient instrument, making an appearance in almost every culture on Earth. It is often underestimated in it's simplicity, and yet has a potent capacity to assist us to Embody the Sacred.
These beautiful stone rattles have a real connection to the Earth, assisting us in accessing our connection to the Land.

Making 2 of these rattles with various sounds offers an opportunity to access altered states through shamanic journeying and various energy healing qualities for sound therapy practices.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need anything for the Workshop? We supply everything you need to make your Rattle and work with it, as well as all ceremonial supplies and teas. It is a good idea to bring a bottle for water, comfy clothes, a hat and your own lunch. You can also bring with any special feathers, beads, crystals etc that calls to you.
Do I need to be 'Crafty" to attend the workshop? The process of making rock rattles is suitable for beginners. There will be various finishing off options to suit different craft skills.
Can I bring my children with me? This workshop is not child friendly, however we do have other child friendly Rattle workshops. Teenagers are welcome if they are participating in the workshop, please note they will require a ticket to attend.
I'm coming from out of town, do you have accommodation? Unfortunately we don't have accommodation at this time. There are some great Air BnB's close up, one directly across the road. The Lily Pad - Tewinga - Airbnb has a 2 bed cabin with 3 beds available just across the road. https://riverviewisland.com.au/stay/ - offers a 2 bed cabin just 1 km away.
What is the cost and what is your refund policy? The cost is $120 and includes all materials and tuition. If you cancel 30 + days from the event commencement date, you will receive a full refund minus $50 for admin fees. 30-14 days from event receives a 50% refund. Cancellation within 2 weeks of event receives no refund. If you can't attend due to extreme circumstances, please chat to me and we can arrange a transfer to the next workshop. Please note that a transfer fee of $40 will apply to cover admin costs.
What happens if the event gets cancelled for any reason? In the rare case that the event gets cancelled due to illness, emergency or weather event, I will arrange a new date for the event. If you are unable to attend, you can choose to transfer to a future event of your choosing.
How many spaces do you have in each workshop? We offer 12 places in our Stone Rattle workshops.
Do you offer Payment Plans? Yes we do, when signing up you will have 2 options, either a payment plan or a pay in full.

Birthing a Sacred Creation like a Spirit Drum into being, is a journey of Remembrance, of reconnecting to that innate part of yourself that "knows" your connection to Nature and all of life.
