We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. 

If there is a fault with your product, please email immediately with photo's of the faulty.  We will issue you a replacement within 5 business days, or if we are unable to replace your item with a similar item we will give you a full refund within 10 business days.

We ship via Australia Post. 

Items are shipped out within 3 business days.  Please allow time for parcels to arrive, delays may occur due to weather conditions, or postal services.  Please also allow extra time at peak times of year.

All care is taken when packaging your items, to ensure your items arrive safely.  If there is any breakage or damage to your parcel or items, please take photos and email us at studio@naturalrhythmhealing.com.au within 5 business days.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for any items that are lost in transit or undelivered due to the shipping company.
