The Rattle is an ancient instrument, making an appearance in almost every culture on Earth. It is often underestimated in it's simplicity, and yet has a potent capacity to assist us to Embody the Sacred.
Considered a babies 'toy' we have forgotten it's purpose and intention. Rattles were given to babies to help the babies Spirit to embody fully, to call in the Spirit, to help it anchor into the body.

The Sacred Rattle hold the medicine of bringing Spirit into form, shifting stuck energies and awakening within us the fire of the Spiritual Warrior.
​
An instrument of the East, it helps us take that first step into the newness, to walk our talk and intentions and make real, in physical manifestation that which was only an idea.
​
We have spent years, decades even learning information, discovering things we never knew existed. If we wish to truly live the beauty we have discovered, we must first embody that knowledge, bringing it into physical reality, and walk the path we once dreamed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need anything for the Workshop? We supply everything you need to make your Rattle and work with it, as well as all ceremonial supplies and teas. It is a good idea to bring a bottle for water, comfy clothes, a hat and your own lunch for both days. You can also bring with any special feathers, beads, crystals etc that calls to you.
Do I need to be 'Crafty" to attend the workshop? The short answer is NO, I have taken many people through the process of birthing their own Rattles, many have had no previous craft or making experience. The main skill needed is a standard sewing stitch, which is very easy to learn.
Can I bring my children with me? This workshop is not child friendly, however we do have other child friendly Rattle workshops. Teenagers are welcome if they are participating in the workshop, please note they will require a ticket to attend.
I'm coming from out of town, do you have accommodation? Unfortunately we don't have accommodation at this time. There are some great Air BnB's close up, one directly across the road. The Lily Pad - Tewinga - Airbnb has a 2 bed cabin with 3 beds available just across the road. https://riverviewisland.com.au/stay/ - offers a 2 bed cabin just 1 km away.
What is the cost and what is your refund policy? The cost is $189 for both days and includes all materials and tuition. If you cancel 30 + days from the event commencement date, you will receive a full refund minus $50 for admin fees. 30-14 days from event receives a 50% refund. Cancellation within 2 weeks of event receives no refund. If you can't attend due to extreme circumstances, please chat to me and we can arrange a transfer to the next workshop. Please note that a transfer fee of $40 will apply to cover admin costs.
What happens if the event gets cancelled for any reason? In the rare case that the event gets cancelled due to illness, emergency or weather event, I will arrange a new date for the event. If you are unable to attend, you can choose to transfer to a future event of your choosing.
How many spaces do you have in each workshop? We offer 12 places in our Way of the Rattle workshops.
Do you offer Payment Plans? Yes we do, when signing up you will have 2 options, either a payment plan or a pay in full.

Hi I'm Tamaryn, I have been journeying with Spirit Drums for over 23 years and have made hundreds of drums myself and guided hundreds of people through the journey of birthing their own Resonance Healing Drum.

Birthing a Sacred Creation like a Spirit Drum into being, is a journey of Remembrance, of reconnecting to that innate part of yourself that "knows" your connection to Nature and all of life. It is really just the beginning of the journey, for once you have birthed and awakened your Spirit Drum, you step onto a path of discovering the gifts she has to offer.
